Whatever floats your boat

I posted a similar photo earlier this summer but this past weekend, while I was computer-less, the boat people had an enormous party...I stopped counting at 100 boats. I've since learned the area where they congregate is called "the playpen." Aptly named. There's music and water toys and skimpy bikinis and big beer bellies and plenty of liquids - and not just from Lake Michigan.

It doesn't look very sunny there, is it getting cold already?

Eric: While no longer in the triple digits, the city is still warm. But with Août half can count on cooler air not being far behind in Chicago!

Anne: I've never seen as many boats tied together either though I'm not so sure about fun!

Andeea: Thank you. I love your city and will "visit" frequently.

Looks grey but I have the requisite beer belly - and can borrow a bikini if necessary. Now how do I find it?

Neorelix: You'll have to cross the pond, head up the St. Lawrence Waterway, through a few of the Great Lakes, the Erie Canal and voila! By the time you get here you'll need a parka not a bikini!

with a title of the post like that how can i not stop to comment - very cute and clever title and wow - i have to say, you are very patient to be able to count to 100, i would have stopped at a lot shorter count - its amazing how many boats gather!- great pic!!!
